Join Caitlin Coan, 200 hour E-RYT, for a weekend immersion teacher training covering the history, principles, sequencing and posture clinics of both Yin and Restorative Yoga.
So often Restorative and Yin Yoga are grouped into the same format, while there is an incredible difference between these two passive practices. Beyond exploration of the anatomical body, we will also work through the subtle body, which includes the meridian philosophy and chakra system.
You will finish this training with the ability to put together and lead in a studio style setting. For those who are not looking to teach, this training is perfect if you would like to deepen your understanding and cultivate an at home practice.
Participants are eligible to receive 14 CEUs through YACEP upon completion.
