Who Are You?

You love yoga and can’t imagine your life without it! You want to learn more about the poses, the subtler aspects of yoga such as meditation and pranayama, and the philosophy behind the practice. You may have even thought of sharing this practice with family, friends, the public, or a special group you have in mind.

Whether or not you plan to teach publicly, the Ahimsa Teacher Training program will introduce you to new concepts, nourish connections through community, build confidence, and develop a greater sense of who you are as an individual. Most of all, you are excited to embark on a journey of self-examination and discovery.
